  • Flat price, agreed before we start
  • One team, first sketch to launch
  • You own every line of it

FREE · NO PITCH DECK · YOU LEAVE WITH A PLAN AND A PRICE

Behind it, real work: a property-management SaaS, a medical-supply revamp, a custom home builder’s site, a learning platform — all open to visit below.

A real client, before and after — drag to compare · see it live ↗

Pick the piece your business is missing.

A website, the systems behind it, or the whole product. Flat prices — listed, not hidden.

Websites that feel like products.

High-end websites and full revamps for businesses whose current site undersells them. Designed and built by hand — no templates, no page builders — then launched and handed over working.

So the customer who finds you at 11pm takes you seriously.

This page is the demo.

$1,500–$2,500flat, per project

Systems that keep working after launch.

The website is the front door. Behind it, we wire up the systems that keep a business moving — a missed call gets a text back, a new lead hears from you in seconds, and every inquiry lands in one pipeline you can actually see.

  • Missed-call text-back
  • Instant lead follow-up
  • Appointment booking
  • Nurture campaigns
  • CRM & pipeline
  • Reporting

So every missed call and new lead is answered in seconds — without you.

$200–$400per month

Full products, built from the ground up.

When off-the-shelf tools run out, we build the real thing: concept, architecture, interface, backend, integrations, launch. It’s the same way we build our own products — and the work below is the proof.

So you get the tool your business actually needs, not five subscriptions that almost fit.

Hadar

Property-management SaaS

We built and shipped an entire SaaS product, end to end.

Hadar runs the daily operations of apartment management — owner and tenant portals, lease management, tenant requests, and messaging, in one system. Payments are PCI-compliant: cards, ACH, Apple Pay.

Listings get AI-written descriptions, smart pricing, and syndication to more than fifty listing sites. Owners see real-time financials and occupancy. An AI secretary triages tenant messages before a person ever has to.

  • Owner & tenant portals
  • Lease management
  • Requests & messaging
  • PCI payments — cards, ACH, Apple Pay
  • AI listing descriptions
  • Smart pricing
  • Syndication to 50+ sites
  • Real-time financials
  • Occupancy analytics
  • AI message triage

C.B. Building

Custom home builder — Bucks County, PA

We write the words too — so the site sounds like the builder, not like a template.

A ten-page site for a one-man custom home builder: what he builds, how a project runs, the finished work with a page per project, and a way to get in touch that opens in the visitor’s own email or messaging app. No backend to maintain, no form data to keep safe.

The structure came from the copy. “The Four Conversations” — the walk, the drawings, the number, the build — turns how the builder actually works into how the site reads. It’s live as a preview while the client’s photographs come in.

  • Ten pages
  • Copy written from scratch
  • Four project studies
  • Email or text enquiry, no backend
  • Responsive WebP imagery
  • Clean URLs, sitemap, 404

Apartment Shadchan

Long-term apartment search — Israel

A rental search built around how people actually look for a place in Israel: search by city, entry date and number of guests, with shortcuts to the neighbourhoods that come up most. It runs as a working demo — every apartment and photograph in it is a sample, labelled as such on the site.

  • Search by city, date & guests
  • Neighbourhood shortcuts
  • Listing & detail pages
  • Sample data, labelled

LTC Med

Medical supply — revamp & migration

We handle the whole handoff — not just the pretty part.

A full website revamp for a medical-supply company, plus the parts nobody sees: hosting and domain migration, and a clean technical handoff. When we hand it off, everything works — and everything is yours.

AutomationStatus — Try it

Two automations you can run

Working demos on sample data — the handling logic is the real thing

Klaviyo to Google Sheets sync — pulls campaign metrics, profiles and events into a sheet, and behaves sensibly when the API does not cooperate.

WhatsApp invoice agent — reads supplier invoices sent by WhatsApp, assigns the project and category, and files them only when it is certain.

No surprises between the first call and launch.

Every project moves through the same five steps — and you always know which one you’re in.

Discover

Understand the business — the users, the problems, the outcome that matters.

Design

The interface and the experience, decided on purpose — never by template.

Build

Frontend, backend, integrations, infrastructure.

Launch

Deploy, test, connect domains, and handle the real-world handoff.

Automate

Connect the systems that keep the business moving after launch.

What people ask on the call.

Straight answers, so the call can be about your business instead.

What does a website cost?
$1,500–$2,500, flat, agreed before we start. It moves only if the scope does — and you’ll know before it does.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope, and you’ll have a date in writing before anything begins. We’d rather give you a real date than a fast one.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk about the business; we handle everything else, then hand it over working — with a walkthrough, in plain English.
Who owns it when it’s done?
You do. The domain, the code, the accounts, the content. Nothing is held hostage.
What does the monthly automation fee cover?
The systems and their upkeep: missed-call text-back, instant lead follow-up, booking, the CRM and pipeline, and a report of what they did for you. If you ever stop, the website keeps working.
I already have a site. Is it worth fixing?
Usually — most of our projects start from a site that already exists. Send us the link and we’ll tell you honestly what we’d change, and whether it’s worth changing.
What happens on the call?
Twenty minutes. You tell us what’s broken or missing; we tell you what we’d build, what it costs, and how long it takes. No deck, no pressure — if we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
What do you build with?
Whatever the project calls for. The tools change by project; the standard doesn’t.Next.js / React / TypeScript / Python / Postgres / Anthropic API / Stripe · PCI / GoHighLevel

Have something worth building?

A website, a system, a full product — or a mess you’d like turned into one. Bring it to a short call and we’ll tell you how we’d build it.

Faberstack is run by Izzy Arbiv, a developer in Philadelphia. It’s a small studio on purpose — a few projects at a time, each built the way we’d build our own. Hadar, above, is ours.
